What is Reiki?

Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive energy healing technique that involves light touch and hands hovering just above the body. The experience invites deep rest, allowing the body to soften, the mind to quiet, and the energy system to receive.

During a session, I hold space and facilitate the flow of universal life force energy to help clear energetic blockages, reduce stress, and support emotional and physical healing. This practice often allows you to drop into a deeply meditative state, helping you connect more fully with your inner calm and clarity.

Reiki supports the body’s natural ability to return to balance, offering a sense of peace, renewal, and a deeper connection to self.
